Why does Saurai exist?

Saurai started inside a pressure washing company in Austin, Texas. Our founder, Ketan Wiese, ran the crews and the phones at the same time — and the phones lost. Calls went to voicemail while he was on a roof, leads booked with whoever answered first, and every missed message was real revenue walking away.

The AI tools on the market didn't fit how a real service business works, so he built his own: an AI that texted every lead back in seconds, kept following up long after a human would have given up, and filled the calendar on its own. It saved the company. That system became Saurai.

What does Saurai actually do?

Saurai reads every incoming message — calls, texts, voicemails, web leads — figures out what the customer needs, and moves them toward a booked job. It responds instantly, day or night.
