Why Saurai exists.
Saurai started inside a pressure washing company in Austin, Texas. Our founder, Ketan Wiese, ran the crews and the phones at the same time, and the phones lost. Calls went to voicemail while he was on a roof, leads booked with whoever answered first, and every missed message was real revenue walking away.
The AI tools on the market didn’t fit how a real service business works, so he built his own: an AI that texted every lead back in seconds, kept following up long after a human would have given up, and filled the calendar on its own. It saved the company. That system became Saurai.
What it does.
Saurai reads where each customer stands in your CRM and gives them a goal: book the estimate, confirm the visit, close the sale, collect the invoice, get the review, bring them back. Then it texts toward that goal, day and night, until it’s done, and writes every conversation back to your CRM.
